In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work.some people regard this as completely wrong,while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility.

What are your opinions on this?

In the contemporary world ,an increasing number of children begin to work in some small companies as paid worker.But in the meantime,whether children should do this kind of paid work has given rise to headed controversy.some individuals argue that it is totally wrong to engage in such paid work ,while many others assert it as valuable work experience, essential for learning and taking responsibility.As far as I am concerned,I incline towards the latter view.

On the one hand,compelling arguments can be made that children can substantially benefit from paid work.in the first place,only when a child had went through hard work and get a fair wage can he /she deeply understand how difficult their parents afford their pleasant life and education .therefore,children can get a clear perspective of what they should concentrate on at present. In the second place ,it is a good way for children to cultivate their responsibility as a filial chid ,excellent student and competent social citizen.More precisely,children could clearly know what obligation they should shoulder necessarily on various places and what they can do and how they could do better step by step.Last but not the least, knowing there is a direct relationship between the quality of work and the amount of money earned is essential for developing a strong work ethic .children can start learning about punctuality ,thoroughness,and how to deal with different employers while they are young.

On the other hand ,I would acknowledge that working in early phase ,before they enter to society may contribute to less time in studing of theoretical knowledge .there is no doubt that they will spend some time on considering chores of job process .Nevertheless,it is worth nothing that combining theoretical knowledge in books with cultivation of practice,employable skills is more advantageous for children to improve efficiency greatly in studying .

On the basis of the above discussion,I would concede that it is apparently important for children to focus on more time on learning knowledge .Despite that,working in a period of time during schooling plays an very pivotal role in improvement of duty of individual and society.As a consequence,I would conclude that in terms of parenting,they should positively encourage their children to participate in some meaningful and valuable societal activities.

The relative importance of teachers and parents is a frequent topic of discussion when people try to figure out who is chiefly responsible for educating children.

Nowadays, governments in almost every country, require the children to attend schools where professional teachers are responsible for teaching children by using an approved curriculum. Such practice based on the fact that, compared to parents, teachers with a firm grasp of certain subjects such as math, language and music, can cultivate our teenagers much better in the related academic fields. Besides, schooling is group studying ,which enable teachers to get a clear perspective of each students’ own merits and demerits just through comparing different students in the same class, thereby giving special tips on promoting their development.

The important role played by parents in adolescent education, however, should not be ignored. People spend more time in family than any other places in their childhood. Thanks to the family bond, children have an attachment to their parents, which makes parents have the inherent advantage of teaching children. Thus, they have a duty to instill the youth high moral values like being honest and diligent, to name but a few. In addition, parents’ behavior exerts a unique influence on adolescents’ growth, and there seems to be plenty of findings to conform this. Statics have shown that children raised up by adults with bad habits are more likely to get the same bad habits.

In collusion, teachers have more advantages in terms of impart academic knowledge while parents are better at moral and behavior education. It is the interaction of the two that determines a student’s quality. So both teachers and parents should be responsible for the children and only their combined efforts could bring about the adolescents’ well-round development.

Answer:

It is quite common these days for people to complain that their jobs are monotonous and unmotivating, and I believe the modern working style mainly contributes to this phenomenon.

Obviously, people today pay more attention to the quality of their working than before. So job satisfaction, as the most important index of working, of course, is often concerned, talked and studied. Some contend that job satisfaction is directly link with the salaries they received while others insist on interesting, rather than anything else, is the pivotal factor influencing their job satisfaction. Indeed, these views are both true to some degree. However, they are a bit superficial. Because without affluent revenue or particular interests do not mean people are bound to dislike or even despise their jobs.

From a profound standpoint, the modern working style is the root cause of the decreasing of job satisfaction. Thanks to the modern science and technology, workers can do their jobs just in front of a computer. In this case, there is no need for them to travel around and do face-to-face communication, which working style, which greatly enhance the work efficiency. Unfortunately, in the mean time, our employees get the sedentary working style. They have fewer sports and less talking with others. Besides, the increasingly stiff social competition renders employees more depressed and melancholy. Given weak health, poor interpersonal relationship and bad emotion, how can they be motivated with their jobs?

All in all, many factors influence people’s job satisfaction, and among them, the modern working style is the chief cause. In order to have a more promising and satisfactory working practice, we should try to avoid being sitting in front of the computer all the day long.

Otherwise, their parents, who persist that the appreciated books by the children should be encouraged, may be never thought about it.

As a matter of fact, as long as the parents afford some necessary guidance, the children would get much useful information which is benefit for their growth in the future life.

  With the rapid development of science and technology. There are many kinds of jobs in the world. Now, the wage gap has long been an issue debated mainly in people's life around the world and the money that people earn also show their value to society.
   Education, environment and expriences are the main reasons that cause wage gap. Nonetheless, some argue that chance is the most important reason. One example is that taking movies is always decided by chances. If someone is lucky, he will be chosen to take movies. Others chose to do other job.
   However, many reseachers maintain that movie shats are famous because of their skills, the chance is a small part. If a person is chosen to take character of one movie, but he has never learnt how to take movie, he doesn't have the environment of movie. like other movie stars, and he doesn't exprience the process of taking movies. This person will not success, even though the had chance. He doesn't have any skills about movies.
   The money that employees earn is the reflection of their value to society. Movie stars and sports-persons can earn a lot of money, because they can bring huge benefits to their company. One sports' game or one movie can earn lots of money from the audience.Doctors and nurses can't make lots of money for the hospital, so they can't make such mounts of money as movie stars and sports-persons. The calue of movie stars and sports-persons are bigger than doctor and nurses. Teachers and farmers also have low value to society, because their jobs don't have such big value as idols.
    To sum up, different people have different jobs. They all have their own value to the society. It's diffcult to break the wage gap. Education, environment and exprience are the main reasons of wage gap. Wage gap must exists in the world because of different people's to the society.

In the new millennium, it is widely believed that the pace of development in science and technology has increased beyond the widest expectations of people, breeding profound impacts in educational industry. Such as library, it provides multi-media technology for readers instead of providing books. Personally, I am glad to see this change.

Before referring to my view, it is necessary to take a glance at the other one. Chiefly, high expenditure is the main reason to against using the multi-media technology in library. We can not deny the fact that computer-based library must cost more than the traditional library. Then, since multi-media system is controlled by human beings, once it malfunctions or breaks down, it will cause a disastrous consequence. Thus the traditional way is safer and more reliable. However, the traditional library is a kind of labor-wasting, because borrowers spend much time on finding a required book.

We can not emphasize the importance of multi-media technology in library too much. What’s of the priority is that technology can make instant updating and upgrading easily, because updating digital data needs less time and force than publishing and embodying of new books, and can save labor for the libraries. On second thoughts, it is convenient for the management of library. The multi-media sources and materials in libraries are easily classified and arranged. Last but not least, due to widely using of the advanced library system, the frontier of library industry can be pushing back, such as computer industry and audio and video industry.

In conclusion, despite of many noticeable reasons of sustaining the traditional libraries, it is not without its problems. Therefore, the reasonableness of my view gets the upper hand over it.

Therefore many diseases can be cured and prevented, that causes people live longer. On second thoughts, some government policies produce the influence on an increasing number of the old. For example, the policy on population controlling in China, one-child policy, reduces the natality, and impacts age distribution of Chinese population. Thus the aged occupies an increasing share of total population. Last but not least, due to the high level of living standard, people sustain a happy and longer life. This undoubtedly intensifies the aging of population.

In view of the various factors for an increasing number of elderly people, several effects can be taken by it. Chiefly, a large number of the elderly means a great deal of old-age pensions, such as in the United States, the old-age pensions spending was once more than the cost of national defense to become a major expenditure item. Because of the large expenditure on the aged, the pace of social development is prejudiced by the fact that other aspects have to reduce their spending. Then, it is pointed out that traditional thoughts of old people are out of date. We can not deny the fact that most aged people are lacking of modern information and creativity, which might influence the development in science and technology. However, knowledge, experience, reputation, character, and ability of the aged are valuable assets of the whole society. It can provide guidance and orientation for the young.

At present days, the economical connects are unprecedented, which makes the world interdependent, therefore, the risks of armed conflicts are reduced. At last, Not only can the cultural assimilation broaden people's horizons but also makes people understanding each other. People enrich their knowledge by learning other countries cultures, and learn to consider from different angles ,it greatly help to build harmonious relationships between people who come from different backgrounds .In addition, globalization promotes the communication of languages and helpful to languages learning.

when a country develops its technology, the traditional skills and ways of life die out. it is pointless to try and keep them alive. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

The level of technology has become a crucial criterion in assessing a nation’s comprehensive strength. Therefore, developing technology has gained increasingly concentrations form the governments. Meanwhile, some traditional skills and ways of living are facing a threat of diminishing. Whether some effective and available implementation should be adopted in order to preserve these intangible properties has triggered a wide debate.

First of all, it cannot be denied that the technology has rendered us much convenience that we can enjoy both in life and work. To some extend, the technology has become a indispensable part of our human. For instance, the innovation of instant communication tools enables us to keep in touch with others wherever they are. And in our spare time, we can enjoy varieties of entertainment from TVs or computers. On the other side, the developing technology also contributes to a higher productivity. In most factories, all the operations are handled by computers by which we can save more labor forces and reduce production costs so as to improve economic benefits.

In contemporary world, it is standard practice for most people to dedicate a vast amount of time to work ,as a result ,job satisfaction as an crucial key of the individual wellbeing is drawing widespread attention .The human who is engaged in different job has the different definitions about the job satisfaction .From my own perspective ,there are several common points about the job satisfaction with in the different works.

At first, one of the most significant factor is feeling that the employees are doing valued and valuable work,so positive feedback from superiors is essencial in this respect . The sense that the employees feel be confirmed can help them fullfill their potential because it makes them having the confidence to do better.secondly, working enable workers to gain some knowledge or skills ,which is another root cause of job satisfaction .For example, the employees learn different knowledge or skills from each other ,which not noly enrich themselves but help them working together well .At last but not the least ,it is universally acknowledged that job satisfaction tend to hinge on the standard of salary .It is such an realistic factor ,the people’s life cannot without consumption ,which decides that salary plays an essencial role in the job satisfaction.

It is normal that not everyone enjoy their job. The huge responsibility of society ,the heavy stress of life and the increasing competitions mean that most people have to do some job even though some work is boring even dangerous .
